    Wow, bugun tam 8 yıl sonrat tekrar blog yazmaya karar verdim. eskiden kalan bu bloğumu hatırlamıyordum bile. Yepyeni bir blog mu açmalıydım yoksa esksinden devem mı etmeliydim karar veremesemde bu ingilizce yazılmıs 8 postu okuyunca içime bir sıcaklık geldi ve neden kaldıgım yerden devam etmeyeyimki dedim, sonucta bunları yazan yine aynı ben. Yazmanın iyilestirici oldugunu söylerler, zihni yaratıcılığa sürüklediğini boşalttığını ve rahatlattığını. Belki 8 yıl sonra yine anıları burada biriktirmek harika. Burada gelişmeyi, değişmeyi, rahatlamayı hayatıma aldığım yenilikleri sizinle paylaşmayı umuyorum. net belirlediğim bir konu başlığım yok. Hikaye 26 yasında, iş hayatına yeni adım atmış, yanlız yaşayan, yapmak istediği çok şey olan taze ama aynı zamanda yorgun genç doktor hakkında. Bu bloğu yazmaya başlama zamanımın da altını çizmek isterim; şu günlerde covid-19 salgını dünyayı sarmış durumda. karantinada 3. günümdeyim. Hafif semptomlar nedenyle hastanede olası bir bulaşa sebep vermemek için izinliyim. Kesin bir tanım yok ama riske atılmicak ciddi bir ortam var. Evde bukadar boş zamanım varken yapmayı isteyip cok yoğun çalışmaktan hem yapamadığım şeyleri yapmayı hem de burda minik şeyleri büyük mutluluklara dönüştürebilir miyiz çalışmaları yapmak istiyorum.
     Bu açılıştan sonra gelelim özetle neler var gündemimde. gezmeyi çok seven biri olsamda bu evde kapanış da bambaşka bir gezi gibi geliyor bana. Evde olmayı özlemişim. Sabah istediğim saatte kalmak ne kadar değerliymiş, kahveyi boğazım ve dilim yanmadan içebilmek, buzdolabım ne kadar dopdolu olmasada (malum markete bile cok cıkmamak gerek) eldeki mazemelerle mini bir kahvaltı tabağı hazırlamak. İnsan elindekileri azaltmalı ve sıkıca tutunmalı. cok fazla malzeme, cok fazla esya, yiyecek, düşünce herseyi sadelestirmeli insan. Az olanı nasıl degerlendiririm calısması yapmalıyız bazen. Elimin altında hersey olmadan da hayatta kalabilirim ve mutlu olablirim. 
     Uzun zamandır kendimi dinleyemicek, küçük zevklerime zaman ayıramayacak kadar yorgun ve isteksizdim. Ayda 10 tane nöbet ve ertesi günü evde netflix karsısında bayılarak, yarınki nöbet hakkında kaygılanarak gecti son 10 ayım. baktığımda cok sey yapmısım aslında az ama cok degerli olan bos zamanlarımda. Yepyeni bir ev kurmak, yeni bir semtte oturmak, is hayatının stresiyle baş etmek ve hala aslında bir eğitimin parçası olmak, herşey yepyeni. Bunları oturtmaya calışırken araya güzel arkadaş bulusmaları, yeni hobi deneyimleri, güzel mekan keşifleri, yeni tarif denemeleri şöyle bir baktım da elimden geldiğince çabalamışım. bu çabalarım ve yeni keşiflerimin paylaşımını ve nekadar iyi geldiğini burada daha kalıcı kılmak ve progresi analizlemek için çıkıyorum bloggercılık yolculuğuna. Italian spagetti...

       Hello my readers... I want to share a memorie with you.from the summer. My family also have an interest to foods like me. We meet on the weekend and try to cook different cousins. Last summer we decided to cook homemade Italian pasta. We just need a wop (which helps us to give original shape) , egg, flour, and souce (choice is up to your wish).
      
       First of all my aunt prepared the paste and my uncle and cousins start to cut the paste with our original spagetti clipper. This machine is from Italia and it is very functional for pasta lovers.

      Later on we cooked two different souces one of them is bolognese souce and basil souce. My mother and my aunts prepared these souces, they were really delecious becaouse the brasils are planted by my grandfather.
      To be honest this spagettis are the best pastas I have ever eaten because of our efforts and fun when we were cooking it together.

My Birthday Cake :)

      Last saturday was my birthday and I turned eighteen. I was dreaming my eighteen years old party since the begining of highschool. I planned to celebrate this night with my friends but I do not have time to throw a party this year because of my complicated and consistent course program, poor me. :( I promised to my self to give a great nineteen years old party next year. I am not saying that my birthyday night was awful because it was amazing that I could not guess.
     
    My mother is my goodness angel, she prepared many surprises for me and also my father and my brother was her helpres to create this unforgettable night. My brothers surprise by coming from the İstanbul ( he is studying in Robert ) was the biggest happyness for me. I did not see him for a long time. He brought me the boot that I wanted and he put it near my bed. I saw my present at the morning and I understood his coming. The start to my birthday was enough for me because my brother is the most valuable present for me .:)
    
    I spent my time in my courses whole day and was really tired when my family took me to the celebration dinner. I forgot my exhaustion after I saw my second gift. I really did not expect this gift because I planned to bought it in summer. They bought me Blackberry Bold 9900. I really shocked when I saw it and I can not tell you how I was happy.
    
    My last gift was my birthday cake. It was the best bday cake I have ever seen because it was prepared for me specially. I have a photo of it for you and I searched it's preparation technique because this can be a perfect idea to make your relatives  happy. Here is the video. They are preparing the cake then covering it with a candy fondant. It is like a magic, the banal cake becomes speciall for your celebration and I think it is not hard to make. I recomend you to try it and make your relatives happy just like me.

To get a cup of coffee...

            Hello my readers, I want to talk about my new coffee machine on my new blog post because it's functions are really usefull for me, it makes my life easier and it motivates me to be more open minded when I am studying until late hours. 
            In last weeks I bouhgt a new coffee machine. You can not understand how am I in love with coffee. Coffee means a lot  to me, it refreshes my mind, connecsts me with the life and makes me happy.  I need it more than the past because I am getting prepared to the universty exam and coffee is the best way for relaxing after the exhausting school period.  This machine is really useful for me, it can make every kind of coffees like cafe cream with soft fruit aroma, espresso, mocha and filter coffee so I can say that I have a little coffee shop in my kitchen. It makes my life easier because I can not waste my time for taking a cup of coffee from the Starbucks or trying to make it with my primitive methods.

            I and my mother love to have a rest when we are drinking our coffees with our gorgeous see view in our livingrooms. Preparing some surprises for pinking these moments makes us happy so I searched  how can I  decorate my coffee with some symbols and I find a video.  They are designing the cappucino with a sweet figures and I think it makes your coffee special for your relatives.

         Everyone can cook something to eat but the important point is making them special and having fun when adding new things by your own creativity. I suggest you to try something new, share with your relatives and cause a big cheers...

Japanese Cousine ?!

     "Handmade sushi and noodle that we cooked last saturday."
      
           Last saturday I met with Eda and Merve at Eda's home. She is the best host I have ever seen. We came together for celebrating Merve's birthday and it was a surprise party which we have time to gossip, to cook sushi and eat cheesecake. When we enter to the kitchen there was a cute decoration which was prepared by Eda for Merve. She put all stuffs that we needed and everything was ready to get started.

         I did not know how to cook sushi and I knew that it is really hard to do. My task was cooking noodle. I also did not cook it before but I knew what it included and how it would taste. It was the first experience for me to cook something with my friends and I thought that would be enjoyble. Eda prepared the rice. Then Merve rolled it with salmon, crab and avocado. When they were trying to roll it they had to be careful because of the moss's thinness. I had time to watch it when I finished cropping vegetables (squash, carrot and mushroom). There were just one step to finish it because after I burned the vegetables, I added the soy sauce. I wanted to serve it warm so I waited to boil the noodles.

         The time was passing really quickly and we did not finish it yet. This experience provided me a chance to watch sushi making. Merve was really good at doing it because she travelled to Japan before and she knew the technique. Watching new things and getting information from the brilliant people makes me happy and if these people are your friends it becomes the best memory in your life.

        The sushis were ready and also I finished cooking the noodle. We deserved to eat these Japonese foods because those were the products of our effort. I think the valuable things are valuable because getting them includes many difficulties so they leave marks on our lives. These experience is more than cooking something but also getting an unforgettable memory from the highschool...

My Sweet Pumpkin

       I want to share a story about my favourite cheesecake, I call it “my sweat pumpkin” , I can say that it is the best  cake you can ever cook for the new year night. My family have mildly different convention for celebrating the new year. Out of the way we put our presents under the rosewood but not under the pine. It is not real rose wood but it looks really decorative and completes our living rooms entirety, it is not smell as a real rose but my mother sprays rose parfume on it so we believe that it is a real rosewood so in summary we really love this tree and its really special for us. On the last new year day I thought that what can I contribute to this night and I made a list about the original things for the new year. My top one was the pumpkin. I thought pumpkin identifies with the this special night. Than on the next step I found that the combination of some cheese, cinnamon and the bitter chocolate would be the best choice for my new year cake. First of all I made its base part which includes a deliciouse cake with chocolate. Later I cook a the pumpkins and mix it withsome cheese and cinnamon. Finally I baked it with its cake again and I wish you had a chance to smell it. The cinnamons' gorgeous smell cover all around the room and it was enough to be happy. Off course it was not ready yet. I had to redesign my special cake and make it appropraite for the night. I thought writing a new year message on it but I did not have any idea how to write something on a cream cake. I just knew melting the chocolate so I prepared a creamy chocolate and put it in to the cone shaped paper.  Than I experiment on the plate and I discovered that this method works.  I thought that I made a really good joband I shared it with my parents. “My sweat pumpkin” striked all of a heap onthe new year  night and it was anunforgettable memorie.
